Physical discomfort on vacation?!

We've all struggled with our self-esteem at some point, but that doesn't stop us from enjoying life and vacations.
We can tell from experience that we still deal with it, but we realized that it was never about our bodies, it was always about us and our mental health. It is a vicious cycle that we hope to break together. This is so hard for us to write down and admit, but it is our truth, and we want the blog to be based on being honest with ourselves and others.
In a way, traveling helped us to love ourselves more and became more confident in their bodies. How do you travel when you're not at your most confident? The answer is very simple: relax and start enjoying your lives. It's a big step to leave, to put on a bathing suit and go to the beach in it, because we're all only human.
In a world where travel often revolves around the perfect Instagram photo, it can be extremely difficult for someone like us who sees flaws in photos first. But travel is not just about the perfect photo, the perfect pose. It's about experiencing new cultures, new food. It's about falling in love with a place and seeing everything you want before you leave.
If it was up to the voices in our heads, we would never travel. Fortunately, it no longer depends on this voice. It depends on us, and that's why we have to be brave. But sometimes the bravest thing is also the hardest. Going out and experiencing the world, no matter how much the voice in your head tells you shouldn't, is definitely brave. Do everything you could do to love each other, and maybe eventually you will.
For this, we ask that you go to the beach in a bathing suit and enjoy yourself, because you deserve it and take it day by day. The first one will definitely be difficult, but it will be worth it. It always is!
“I think no matter what you look like, the key first of all is to be happy with yourself. And then you know if you want to improve things you don’t like about yourself, then do it after you appreciate yourself.” - Adele
Till next time. :)
