Girls vs Tourism

Hello, let us introduce ourselves.

We are Danijela and Sanela, 21-year-old best friends, tourism students, travel enthusiasts, and the creators of the Girls vs Tourism blog.

We formed our original idea a few years ago when we met. We found out that we have a common desire to create something in the fields of culture, tourism, and travel. We have always been fascinated by people who write about their experiences and who want to help others.

We like to travel alone or in the company of each other or other friends. We always had a great desire to travel, but we always shied away from it because we were scared. Until we decided to research how to travel the world safely and cheaply. We researched the possible situations that could happen so that we were prepared for everything.

Our first time traveling together was stressful but totally worth it. However, this first step is always the hardest. With this blog, we especially want to encourage women to take this step and step out of their comfort zone because, in the end, it will be worth it.

 

We believe that with the right research and preparation, a woman can safely travel on her own or in the company of her best friend(s) almost anywhere in the world.
